Regional Ecosystem

There is a robust interconnected network of organizations working together to build a resilient, abundant community in Montpelier, Vermont. We believe that the long-term resiliency in the area depends on strong relationships. We continue to map these connections, as part of an ongoing regional ecological design process. The Sustainability Program of the Montpelier School District drives our educational programming both in and out of the classroom. The goal of our regional network is to strengthen the connections of this system, with a particular focus on the interface between the school program and the community-based learning opportunities.
